Membership Fees

Arrear membership fees should be paid before registering for the 2024 Congress.

As a member you’ll receive your annual membership fee Invoice in March of each year. Invoices have a due date of 45 days. We send out invoices to your personal email address.

Please notify us immediately by email at membership@saspine.org if your contact details have changed by providing us with your Name & Surname, personal Contact Number, Email and Membership Number. We recommend providing us with your Practice Email as an alternative email address for any billing or queries from SASS.

When you receive your annual membership fee invoice please use the Invoice Number in the top right- hand corner of the Invoice or your Membership Number and Surname as reference to enable us to identify your payment.

If you have unpaid invoices for two (2) years or more we will notify you that your membership is at risk of suspension. If your invoices remain unpaid after this, your membership will be terminated. You are liable for all membership fees due until we receive your resignation in writing to membership@saspine.org

We will send numerous notifications/reminders before suspension or termination takes place, and we can always be reached at membership@saspine.org for any invoice inquiries you may have – please include your Invoice Number, Name & Surname, Contact Number and Email Address.

Online Payments by Credit Card:

When you receive invoices from us you will see a Pay Now link in the body of the email. For your convenience you can make a Credit Card payment by clicking on the ‘Online Payments’ below

The Payment Portal includes an additional security feature referred to as “PAM” It is intended to protect both our merchants as well as their buyers payments processed via this link.
Remember to complete the new Merchant PAM = SA Spine Society NPC.

EFT Payments:

If you prefer to make an EFT Payment our banking details at Investec appears in the bottom left-hand
corner of your Invoice.

Members Secure Log In:

Members can view their yearly payment history & pay directly online from within the secure members section. If you do not agree with your payment history, please contact us at membership@saspine.org
